Every year, on <strong>17th January<\/strong>, the inhabitants of this Mallorcan town congregate to take part in an event full of tradition and colour. One of the most distinctive elements of this festivity are the \u2018dimonis\u2019, <strong>masked characters representing demons who parade through the streets in elaborate costumes and terrifying masks<\/strong>.
