We start as we mean to go on: with a gin and tonic, while your host explains what you will be doing for next three hours. During the first hour at the distillery you will learn about the basic concepts of gin making and distillation and will enjoy a guided tour of the facility.
In the second hour of the experience you will get to know the whole process of spirit-making and about the herbs and botanicals that are used to give different aromas and flavours to the gin. You will taste a wide variety of distillates of different botanicals and start to decide which you would like in your very own gin recipe.
In the third hour of the gin course, now a gin expert, you will create your very own gin, which we will bottle for you to take home. We will also keep your recipe on file so that when you finish your bottle, you can order more for yourself or as a unique gift for friends.
