Great day out and plenty to do. The only thing I would say is It was very annoying and unfair when I paid for 2 of my sun beds where some people didn't pay anything as the guy didn't come round again.

Hoy, al bajar de la atracción del río, vimos cómo un señor se ponía las chanclas de mi hijo. Al pedirle que nos las devolviera, afirmó que eran suyas. Ante esta situación, solicitamos ayuda a un socorrista para que avisara al personal de seguridad, que tardó más de 15 minutos en acudir. Cuando finalmente llegó el responsable de seguridad, su actitud fue prepotente y poco profesional. En lugar de mediar de forma objetiva, nos mandó callar en varias ocasiones y dio por válida la versión de la otra persona. Durante más de una hora y media intentamos demostrar que las chanclas eran de mi hijo. El otro señor llegó incluso a enseñar fotos y vídeos descargados de Pinterest de unas chanclas Nike para intentar justificar su versión. Nosotros facilitamos todos los detalles que solo podíamos conocer los verdaderos propietarios: el número, los signos de desgaste y otros defectos de uso. Además, era evidente que las chanclas le quedaban grandes a esa persona. A pesar de todas las pruebas, el responsable de seguridad decidió permitir que ese señor se llevara las chanclas de mi hijo, dejándolo sin calzado. Lo más lamentable es que ni siquiera mostró la más mínima preocupación porque un menor tuviera que regresar descalzo al hotel a las seis de la tarde. Quiero expresar mi más profunda decepción por la actuación del personal de seguridad de Aqualand Mallorca. La falta de profesionalidad, de criterio y, sobre todo, de humanidad demostrada en esta situación es una auténtica vergüenza. Espero que este incidente sirva para revisar los protocolos de actuación y evitar que otras familias tengan que pasar por una experiencia tan injusta y desagradable
We had a great day at Aqualand. It was a quiet day, so we hardly had to wait for any of the slides. I recommend wearing water shoes or flip-flops because the ground gets really hot and is quite rough on your feet. The discount on the website click-mallorca was a nice bonus and made the visit even better.

100 percent worth it, most rides 120xm plus so perfect for adults, scary rides too, don't listen to negative comments, take snacks and food with you, put picnic blanket on shade, pay the 7 euros for the lockers for the valuables and enjoy the rest of it, very clean facilities, friendly staff. Definitely go, also they have a nice wave pool around midday i believe between 12 and 14 which was very nice, some very nice rides, truly just go for the whole day adn enjoy. also cheapest tickets here
I was concerned at first, as the saving on this site was very good but i shouldn't have been- it was super easy. We just presented our email booking reference at the box office and was granted access in seconds. The park itself was very quite- May half term. All rides were open, but not all eaters- plenty open and very few ques. The park has a theatre about it, with every ride themed, its not too big so you will get around it all and maybe even be able to go on things twice, as we did with many. I will use Click Mallorca for future trips and savings
