Our excursion to Sa Dragonera Island is an unforgettable experience that takes us to discover the charms of the southeast coast of Mallorca, arriving at the famous island of Dragonera, a protected natural space once used as a refuge for notorious pirates such as Dragut and Barbarossa, who used this as a base for their attacks on Mallorca’s coasts. This boat excursion includes much more:
First we will sail close to the coast so everyone can admire the beauty of this part of the island, especially the kids who love to see the cliffs, the birds, the blue water... Our first stop will be a swimming stop in a beautiful spot. Snorkel masks are supplied free of charge on this excursion, so you may see some small fish!
After that you will need some energy, so what about a delicious lunch? Lunch is included in the price and consists of a buffet with pasta, potato salad, Spanish omelette and bread. During lunch unlimited sangria and water are served.
Then comes the highlight of this boat excursion: the Sa Dragonera Island where you will have an hour’s free time to explore with the following options:
- Take a walk to one of the lighthouses
- Bathe on the beach by the harbour
- Visit the natural park museum
- Find the island's famous lizards
As an end to this gorgeous activity, on the way back to the departure point we also make a stop at a paradisiacal cove where you can bathe or snorkel, normally at Cala Blanca, but that could change depending on the weather.
