The Bus Nautic Palma is a new water shuttle service that allows cruise passengers to travel comfortably from the port to the heart of Palma de Mallorca. Instead of relying on taxis or buses, you can enjoy a pleasant boat journey with views of Palma Bay and arrive directly at Escalera Real, right next to the historic old town.
The service connects Palma's two main cruise ship docking areas, Dique del Oeste and Muelle de Poniente, with the Escalera Real pier. Your ticket allows you to use the service from either departure point, depending on where your cruise ship docks.
Once you arrive at Escalera Real, you'll be just a five-minute walk from Palma Cathedral. From here, you can explore the historic old town at your own pace, visit its monuments, wander through its charming streets or enjoy its shops and restaurants.

The Bus Nautic has two boarding points at Palma's cruise port:
