The Caves of Drach, located in Porto Cristo on Mallorca's east coast, are one of the island's most impressive natural attractions. On this tour, you do not need to organise transport, entrance tickets or visiting times yourself: simply board the coach, get comfortable and let our guide take care of the organisation.
The excursion starts with pick-up from Palma and the main resorts in the south of Mallorca, followed by the journey to Porto Cristo in an air-conditioned coach. During the journey, our guide will explain how the tour works and share information about Mallorca, the places we pass along the way and the caves.
When we arrive, the official entrance tickets to the Caves of Drach have already been organised in advance for our group. Our guide collects the tickets and organises the group's entrance, so you do not need to buy your own tickets or worry about availability, particularly during the busy summer months.
Inside the Caves of Drach, you have around 90 minutes to follow the approximately 1,200-metre route through spectacular chambers, underground lakes and impressive stalactites and stalagmites.
One of the highlights is Lake Martel, one of Europe's largest underground lakes. Here you take your seat beside the lake and experience a live classical music concert lasting around 10 minutes. The darkness of the cave, the lighting on the lake and the natural acoustics create one of the most memorable moments of the visit.
After the concert, you have the option to take the traditional boat trip across Lake Martel. The short ride lasts around five minutes and gives you a different perspective of the underground lake and surrounding cave formations.
After leaving the caves, you have free time before the return journey. You can use the facilities, have a drink, visit the souvenir shop or walk to Majorica Pearls, located only a few minutes away. In total, we spend more than two hours at the Caves of Drach site before returning to the coach.

This was a value for money trip. The coach pick up directions were easy to follow and find. Communication about transfers was clear. The cave was spectacular although felt a little rushed. Once in the seats the orchestra on the boat was beautiful although people with cameras and babies were a bit distracting. The facilities were very affordable and the pearl museum and demonstration of how they are made was mesmerising. The guide on our coach was super and needs huge thanks for being so welcoming.
Everything was amazing and according schedule, one thing is maby add another pick up point for cruisers
Amazing trip with very knowledgeable guides on the tour that gave information about Mallorca and the caves in different languages. Once we arrived the cave was amazing too and we loved the classical music concert in the cave. We had enough time to go around and shop for some gifts and pearls
Trip was superb. Only problem for me was that the bus seats was too small for me. But otherwise the whole experience was excellent. And special thanks for Esther who took good care of us.

Pere was great narrating on our drive to the location. Pickup was smooth, and transportation was very nice. The caves and pearl walk thru were both interesting. The songs (symphony) were fantastic, wish that part was longer. The boat ride is overrated. It is a short one way trip along the same path everyone walks. You can skip this part and not feel shorted.
