On this guided excursion, you will visit the famous Hams Caves, located in Porto Cristo, on the east coast of Mallorca. During the journey, the official guide will share interesting information about the island, its landscape and the geological formation of the caves, helping you understand what you are about to see before arriving.
The visit to the Hams Caves is divided into three clearly differentiated areas. First, you will explore the Classic Cave, walking through its interior along a well-marked route that takes you past spectacular chambers, underground lakes and impressive stalactite and stalagmite formations. The visit ends with a light and music show inspired by the Venice carnival.
Next, you will visit the Round Cave, a partially open cave that today houses a small botanical garden. This space offers a peaceful contrast to the underground sections, filled with greenery and native bird species.
Finally, you will enter the Blue Cave, where you will experience the modern audiovisual show “Genesis – The Story of Life”. Thanks to advanced LED lighting and timelapse projections, you will witness a visual journey from the Big Bang to the present day, projected directly onto the ancient rock formations of the cave.
Caves of Hams Guided Excursion · Reviews
We booked the Hams Caves excursion with Click Mallorca and everything worked perfectly. Transport, timing and the cave visit were well coordinated, and the guide was friendly and informative. A great option if you want a guided visit rather than just buying tickets.
We chose this guided excursion to the Hams Caves because we didn’t want to worry about transport or queues, and it was a great decision. The coach was comfortable, the guide explained a lot about Mallorca and the caves during the journey, and everything was very well organised. The caves themselves were impressive, especially the Blue Cave with the audiovisual show, which was unlike anything we had seen before. Having a guide and all entrances arranged in advance made the experience relaxed and enjoyable. A very good half-day excursion if you want to see the caves properly without stress.
I hadn’t heard much about these caves before, but they turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip! The tour was well-paced, and I really appreciated how much was included in the price. Highly recommended!

I was amazed by the beauty of the Hams Caves! The formations were breathtaking, and the LED lighting in the Blue Cave made everything feel so magical. The timelapse video about the origin of life was a unique touch. A must-see when visiting Mallorca!
The visit is divided into two parts. In the first part, two films about the discovery of the caves and the history of the earth are shown. The second section leads through beautifully lit caves with stalactites and stalagmites that are worth seeing. The finale is a light and music show at an underground lake. Overall worth seeing,
Another way to present a cave. Information in several languages, guide and video projections inside the cave. The Mozzart mini concert was unforgettable. The caves are worth a visit
