⏰ Boarding time

You must arrive at the boarding point at least 30 minutes before the confirmed departure time. The boat departs punctually and, according to National Park regulations, cannot wait for late arrivals.

❗ Failure to arrive on time will result in the loss of the excursion, with no right to a refund.

🌦 Weather conditions

Cloudy weather, lack of sunshine, or different weather conditions in other areas of Mallorca or even Ibiza do not automatically mean that the excursion is cancelled. If the excursion has not been officially cancelled and the client does not attend, no refund will be issued.
