With your entrance ticket, visitors have access to all attractions and facilities within Hidropark Alcudia, including pools, water slides, children’s areas and relaxation zones. There is plenty of space to sunbathe, as well as several on-site food and drink outlets available throughout the park.
Free Wi-Fi is available for guests across the park. For health and safety reasons, outside food and drinks are generally not allowed inside the water park. However, there are some important exceptions:

Bottled water (non-glass) and fruit are allowed.

For young children, baby food, purées and bottles are permitted.

Guests with food intolerances or allergies may bring their own food, provided it is not excessive and complies with safety requirements.

Rigid or bulky coolers are not allowed, but small flexible coolers that do not interfere with other guests are permitted.
Visitors are free to leave and re-enter the park during the day, allowing you to make use of external food options if preferred.
Please note that lockers and sun loungers (hammocks) are available at an additional cost and are not included in the entrance ticket. Sun loungers may only be used in designated areas and cannot be moved elsewhere in the park. Free parking is available exclusively for Hidropark customers. In addition, the park features a free grass area with shaded zones, ideal for resting between attractions.
Regarding inflatables, arm floaties and sleeves are allowed, while large surface inflatables are not permitted for safety reasons.

Very overpriced. Several areas were completely closed off. No grass to sit on - that area was closed - you either have to pay for sunbeds or sit on scorching concrete. Loudspeakers blasting out AI generated “music” non stop. We brought ten year old boys- there’s 5/6 slides of interest but the water is freezing (April) so wetsuits advised. Spent a lot of time trying to warm up. Better to go to the larger parks - they are the same crazy price but have better slides. But tbh it’s pretty awful , the music is the worst element of the place.
We went to Hydropark on the 5th of August 2025. We are a family of six mostly teenagers. We have visited waterparks all over Europe. We got there at 10:45. I mostly regret not getting the fast pass however it was the hight of their busy season and waiting in line was hit and miss. You could be 30 minutes waiting for a slide and the people behind you could be just 5 minutes waiting. They never mentioned you have to pay to use the sun loungers, €6 each. But overall it was worth the money. I booked with click mallorca and they made the booking very easy. Alot easier than the parks own website.

Well worth the money had a great day my daughter loved it. one thing I wish I had was swimming shoes because walking around all day my feet were hurting a bit but would go back again

Very straightforward process to book
Slechtste ervaring ooit. Super duur (130 euro inkom voor 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen), badpersoneel is super onbeleefd & onvriendelijk. De attracties waren tot 2x toe uitgevallen gedurende uren… Zijn hierdoor een halve dag verloren. Toen we hiervoor een uitleg en refund wilden, weigerden ze dit ons en werden we wandelen gestuurd. Echte maffia!!

Fantastic day
Visited the hidropark but was disappointed with it. To be honest for the price of it there wasn't much slides. My son went on the dragon type slide and slipped inside and banged his head and elbow so that was a bad experience for him. The small slides for younger kids are good. We left after two hours, after thinking we would get the day there.
