Kayak Rental in Alcanada

On this kayak route you will be able to explore the area of Alcanada.

Before starting your route, you will receive instructions on how to handle the kayak, and you will see that it is very easy. You can start your kayak adventure in Mallorca by practicing a little near the shore. Once you are used to handling the kayak, and have good coordination (in case of renting a double kayak), the adventure begins.

First you can skirt the Alcanada Beach to enjoy the views from the sea. Next, navigate your kayak to the islet of the Alcanada Lighthouse. There, you can make a stop to trek up to the lighthouse and enjoy an exceptional panoramic view.

Back in the kayak, follow the coastline around the islet to see the lighthouse from the sea and discover old bunkers hidden on the islet.

The next part of your route is to paddle around and explore the hidden coves beyond Alcanada Beach. They are very small coves where you can also snorkel. You will surely find many surprises on its seabed.

If you want to continue kayaking around, you can follow the coast to find sea caves and cliffs. A kayak excursion through Alcanada is ideal to explore and enjoy the landscape.

The price is per person for a double kayak. When you rent your kayak in Alcanada, it includes:

• Informative briefing from a monitor so you know how to handle the kayak and where to go.
• Kayak and paddle rental. It is a double kayak.
• Lifejacket.
• Use of snorkel mask.

No kayaking experience is needed. This activity is fun, exciting and safe.

Remember that it is not a guided route, but rather the rental of the kayak. This means you are free to paddle wherever the whim takes you and at your own leisure. Even so, at the beginning of the activity we will recommend where to go, and it is very easy.
