We will start by getting to know where the grapes come from, walking through the vineyards, and discovering many curiosities with your guide. Exploring the vineyards and learning about grapes means immersing yourself in the world of viticulture. Then we will learn about the history of the winery, and how the wine from this winery has special characteristics due to the fact that it is located almost at sea level, with a characteristic microclimate. The visit to the winery will allow us to get to know the varieties of the wines they produce, and to learn first-hand about the whole process of wine production in a winery.
We will finish with a wine tasting session of 5 Mallorcan wines accompanied by a tasting of 2 typical Mallorcan gastronomy appetizers. During the tasting, and in a very entertaining way, we will discover details about the color of the wine, its aromas, how it ages and many more characteristics of the wine. If the weather is good, we will do the wine tasting in the outdoor gardens in a beautiful corner of the winery.
