This exclusive three-hour excursion (18:30–21:30) has been designed to combine nature, comfort and one of the most extraordinary astronomical events of the decade.
We depart at 18:30 from the Port of Alcudia and head towards the dramatic northern coastline. Our first stop is a swim in the pristine and secluded Cala Engosalva, located near Cape Formentor. This untouched cove offers crystal-clear waters and a peaceful setting to refresh and relax before the main event.
After the swim, we continue sailing past Cape Formentor into open waters. This area is considered one of the best vantage points on the island thanks to its wide, unobstructed view of the western horizon — essential for fully appreciating both the eclipse and the sunset.
Once in position, the captain will slow down or gently drift to ensure stable and comfortable viewing conditions. During the eclipse:
-
Certified eclipse glasses (ISO 12312-2) will be provided
-
A glass of cava will be served on board
After sunset and the conclusion of the eclipse, we will begin a smooth and relaxed return to the Port of Alcudia, arriving at approximately 21:30.
