An enjoyable trip to Palma with information you would not have going by ordinary bus.A very pleasant guide who readily accepted and answered any questions we had. Coach arrived slightly earlier than advised and we had a little walk from our hotel to arrive on time. Our guide came along the road to meet us. Palma is a very big and busy place ,rather overwhelming at first ,so although pointed out to place to get on booked boat and Cathedral entrance ,we were worried about getting lost so did not travel too far away. It was a hot day, and be warned, there are a lot of steps up to the Cathedral. Not really suitable if you have mobility issues. The Cathedral dominates the city so good view of it from most places. Inside the building, you are free to wonder around and it is certainly worthwhile. Afterwards we walked round the back to the old town, before retracing our steps to find the boat. They run every hour on the hour so you please yourself what time you go. It was nice just sitting overlooking the harbour while we waited for the next boat. Some fabulous boats berthed there! The boat trip was good and the little refreshment a nice touch. Plenty of free time but we were pleased we had booked the Cathedral visit and boat.

Excellent. We took the tour from portocolom to palma with boat trip. We had lots of time to explore palma ans we booked tickets to see the cathedral. Very interesting and views from the terrace are great. The boat trip was really good and lasted about an hour. Great tour around the harbour and seeing cruise ships and the bay.

Was a well organised day. Guides spoke in Spanish, english, french, italian. We opted for boat trip which was a pleasant little ride round the harbour then on to do some shopping. Had about an hour on boat and 4 jrs round Palma which was enough in the scorching heat. Would book this again

ere driving through towards Palma. As the guide has to speak in several languages Rosa made sure English speaking clients NOT be left out and to approach her with any questions we got. We were the only ones to do tour with boat trip Rosa clearly showed us the way to the harbour giving us the boat tickets and what we could do in Palma city afterwards. We took the boat ride first of all which was Our tour guide Rosa was lovely and very informative. She explained in details about the tour, the timings where and when we should be collected and the location of the places as we wfor an hour. You get lovey views of the city and even get served with fresh Spanish ham and roll on board. We went around the Cathedral and took the horse carriageway which was lovely but too expensive. So if you decide for horse carriageway to ride in style please bargain the price. We spent 50 Euros for that and was told half an hour but it was like 20 mins. You could get one for 30 euros if you bargain. The city itself is buzzing with lots of shops and the designer ones too. We had lunch and shop around and took plenty of pictures until it was time to board our coach back to hotel. The tour guide information makes lots of difference in your tour so that you dont panic how to get back to your hotel. Rosa explained everything in English where to board the coach and what time (we were left behind in another tour as not enough information was given in English). We left Palma around 420 pm and back in hotel in Cala Millor by 530 pm. We really had a good time going on this trip as Rosa our guide made sure we got all the information we need provided with a map of Palma. We just got back to UK with good memories of Palma tour. Thank you Click mollarca for organising the trip and your good response to my email.
