This excursion will take us to visit the capital of Mallorca where you will have plenty of free time to visit the old town or to do some shopping. After we pick the clients up, we will drive to Palma, and on the way our guide will give you some important and interesting information about the places we will pass and also about Palma de Mallorca to make sure you make the most out of your day.
Once we get to Palma (at around 10:30) we will do a 20 minutes sightseeing tour. After, we will get off the bus in an area just opposite the Cathedral where a guide will be awaiting you to take you on a guided tour of approximately 45 minutes around the old historical centre passing by places of interest until we make our way back to the Cathedral.
The live commentary of the guide inside the Cathedral as well as the entrance are included in the price. Our guide will be showing you the most important and interesting parts so that you can have a better knowledge of Palma's most impressive sight.
Then we will drop you off close to the shopping area and the old town where you will have everything within walking distance. Then, you will have plenty of free time in Palma until as you won't be asked to meet the coach until approximately 16:30.
- In Palma you can visit the beautiful old town with its charming squares, the nobility town-houses and some important historical buildings such as Palma Cathedral, the town hall or the Almudaina Palace which is the official residence of the Spanish king when in Mallorca.
- You can also explore the shopping area and discover why Palma de Mallorca is a shopping paradise. There you will find plenty of shops that will suit all budgets: from luxurious shops to big department stores, including international brands, local gastronomy shops and much more.
- There is also enough time for lunch, and this can be a good chance to visit La Lonja area, the tapas area in Palma de Mallorca and the old fisherman’s port.
